All orders are posted with discreet packaging to ensure your Privacy!

As items are sometimes lost by Australia Post, Namaste Therapeutic Centre recommends that all customers choose Registered Post as their preferred postage method, as Australia Posts policy on Items sent by Express Post and Regular Post will not be replaced, refunded or insured for loss or damage.

REGISTERED POST

• A unique identification number for each article
• A signature obtained on delivery
• Compensation of up to $100 included.

EXPRESS POST

• Overnight delivery to most cities - see below for delivery network
• No insurance
• No replacement or refund if item lost during transit

REGULAR POST

• Very cost effective
• No insurance
• No replacement or refund if item lost during transit

WHEN WILL YOU POST MY ITEM?

It's simple at Namaste Therapeutic Centre. We understand that quick delivery is of major importance. As such:

FOR PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD (Only Available through PayPal)

• 3 to 5 Working Days 2.30pm Monday - Friday.
  
• 4 to 6 Working Days for any orders placed after 2.30pm Monday - Friday.
• First business day following, Weekends & Public Holidays. Credit Card payments only. 
  

FOR PAYMENTS VIA e-CHECK, BANK DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL (not Credit Cards)

• Items will be posted within 24 hours of the funds clearing.
  

THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THESE is if the product you have requested is currently out of stock. If this is the case, we will notify you within 24hrs of receiving your order of the expected delivery time so that you may decide if you wish to proceed with the order, if you would like to change your order, or if you would prefer a refund until such times as the product/s are back in stock.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?

We offer flat rate postage dependent on the total weight of your final order.

Australian Orders:

International Orders:

The postage on most orders averages around $7.00 to $15.00.  Of course it all depends on where you live and what you order.  Postage prices will be calculated for you when you checkout.
 
DELIVERY METHOD

All orders placed at Namaste Therapeutic Centre will be delivered using Australia Post.  We find this is the most cost effective and efficient method of delivery for our customers.

As we realise that not all our Customers want to use the services of Australia Post, we will deliver via Courier if a Customer so chooses. Our preferred Couriers are: Australian Air Express, Australian National Couriers, or Trans Direct Couriers.

DO YOU POST DISCREETLY?

Most definitely. We understand that you don't want everyone knowing what you have purchased before you receive it. With this in mind, we post all items in discreet packaging so that they can not be seen prior to you opening your package. There is also no information on any post packaging that would identify either what you have purchased, or how much you have spent on your purchase. In the event of a delivery problem, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we resolve the situation.

International Orders - Larger sized orders require a Customs Declaration, which will include a brief description of the contents.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Australian Orders - Most items are delivered within 3 - 5 business days, but delivery to country and remote areas can take up to a week or more.

For Express Post items, please check with Australia Post to see if you are within the guaranteed overnight delivery network.  We post from postcode 4655.

International Orders - Delivery times are dependent on your location.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have utilised either Express Post or Registered Post, we are able to track your order. Australia Post also provide an online tracking service for Express & Registered parcels. You can use it by going to http://www.austposttracking.com.au (Please note that Australia Post do not update this system on a regular basis and it is not always a precise indication of where your order is).

If you are utilising one of the Courier Services, your Package can also be tracked via their website as well.

We will however notify you via email, or private Facebook message (if that is your preferred method) of when your order has been shipped. If you have elected for Express or Registered Post, we will also provide you with the tracking number.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Most likely, there has been a delay with Australia Post. If you think that you have waited a reasonable amount of time, contact us and we will endeavour to find out what has happened.

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY NETWORK

Overnight delivery is available via Express Post if you reside within the following postcodes:

 
Returns & Exchange Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 14 days of the original shipment date. However, for this to occur, we require a written request from you via email to: customercare@namastetherapeuticcentre.net outlining why you are requesting an exchange or refund, within 48 hours of you receiving your product/s. Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you via return email, to confirm we have received your request for exchange or refund.

If we do not receive an email, we are not able to authorise your exchange or refund.

The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any postage or gift wrap charges). We will not accept item(s) returned otherwise (unless we have provided written authorisation to do so). Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances.

Postage charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered.

Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

Namaste Therapeutic Centre is not responsible for packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to us via a trackable method.
